his CV be posted to the list, and Keyan Tomaselli has provided that, which
appears below, following this brief message from Keyan:

I have now more or less reconsructed Arnold's CV.  The idea was that it
could be posted on the Peirce List.  It's attached.

Winder Systems Company entailed routine research functions when new clients
were engaged.  This research involved analysing the use profile of clients’
machinery, and drawing up routine inspection procedure reports.  Where
necessary, the research would extend to that required for creating
inspectors’ training manuals for new or unfamiliar equipment types.
